Boilers Factory SEFAKO S.A. has manufactured over 7 000 boilers and thousands tons of boiler parts and other power generating equipment. It was and continues to be the main supplier of boilers for housing settlements heating as well as boilers generating steam for industry and for heat and power plants. Boilers with SEFAKO logo can be encountered in heating plants and heat and power plants all over the country, in a number of industrial plants, such as: food processing (including meat) processing or wood processing plants, breweries, distilleries or public objects such as hospitals. We also execute turn-key boiler houses and modernization projects.
The scope of SEFAKO S.A. activity comprises delivery of boilers, assembly, start-up and service.
Technical equipment of SEFAKO S.A., as well as the production organization are fully comparable to the standards of leading European boiler manufacturers. Currently, export orders constitute about 80% of our production. European leading companies in the power generating industry are our partners; boilers and boiler parts manufactured in Sędziszów are operated in such countries as: England, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Sweden, Russia, Italy and many other. Apart from the production, to our foreign partners we offer workshop documentation and installation.
Medium size boilers constitute the main assortment of our production. New strategy adopted by the SEFAKO S.A. Board foresees increase of the big power generating boilers production share. Thanks to new investments in machinery and constant increase of the employees’ qualifications SEFAKO S.A. is ready to undertake production of the biggest supercritical steam boilers. In 2006 pressure parts for complete modernization of power generating boiler of capacity 1150 t/h and pressure 187 bar will be manufactured

SEFAKO S.A. Board puts emphasis on the development of own Design Office and on implementation of new technical solutions. Currently the Design Office employs 20 people - specialists in various areas. Modern CAD/CAM software and professional software, including MES methods, are applied.
